All items are posted First Class Royal Mail to the UK Mainland only. If you require a different service please contact me to discuss.
I will email you once the items and posted, and if you haven't received them within a reasonable time frame (don't forget about bank holidays etc) please let me know!

If you would like to enquiry about a bespoke design please message me directly with as much detail as possible including style, quantity, dates etc. I will then be able to give you an appropriate quote.
If you require an existing design to be personalised to you this will take 2-3 working days to complete depending on how busy the studio is. I will contact you within 48 hours of your order placement to update you accordingly.
Due to the nature of bespoke and personalised items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, they cannot be returned.
