Returns and exchanges
Refunds are accepted ONLY if description was inaccurate within 3 days of purchase and minus shipping costs . You can contact us through e-mail at info [!at] raggedythreads.com or at (213)620-1188.
Payment
All payments must be received within 48 of purchase date, and can be accepted through PayPal. (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.) If you chose not to use paypal and prefer to pay us via telephone using any major credit card, please call us at 213.620.1188.

We have the right to cancel the order and issue the full refund if item cannot be fulfilled
Shipping
We are NOT responsible after the package is shipped. The shipping price includes Delivery Confirmation and/or Tracking number.

USPS shipping or Fedex Ground will be used. For all US orders shipping rates are as listed for each item. For all international shipments, we ship Parcel post to give you a better rate. It may take a little longer but it's well worth the wait :)
