All custom orders (i.e. you order a messenger bag with a custom upside down black letter Q on it) are final.
SPECIAL 2017 HOLIDAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
All holiday purchases made between 11/28 and 12/24 of can be returned (unused and in original condition) for a refund or exchange until Jan 6th 2018. You must contact me prior to a return in order to confirm.

US Shipping:
All bags and pillows are shipped via UPS Ground Service
This usually means 2 - 5 business days (next day to many locations in the North East!) I can give you an estimate on shipping time if you convo me with the item you're interested in and your shipping zip cpde.
Alaska and Hawaii - USPS Priority mail with tracking
Wallets and luggage tags go USPS first class (usually 3 days or less)
Everywhere Else (international): USPS which is usually 5-14 business days. Please convo me with your ship to address and I can give you and estimated delivery date and expedited shipping options.
If you would like to insure your package, please get in touch and we will send you an invoice for the added cost.
We do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages.
Reiter8 is not responsible for any duty charges you may incur.
