Your pin orders will be packed into a small box so it can fit through your letterbox! It'll have custom wrapping paper and stickers.

We don’t have a post office in our village anymore, but a few times a week a post office van visits so if your order needs special postage I can usually post your orders on a Monday and Tuesday. Please be patient with me if I haven’t managed to ship your order as soon as you’d hoped, I am doing my best with the facilities I have available. 💜

Enamel Pins and small items where shipping costs are different if you live outside the U.K. I keep this price as low as I can to give you a great deal!

I send all international orders as standard delivery which offers no tracking options and takes longer to arrive. (2-3 weeks usually.) If you'd like to be able to track your parcel and have a faster delivery please choose to upgrade your shipping when checking out. :) This usually takes 7-10 days.

If you live outside of the UK and your parcel hasn’t arrived yet please wait until 6 weeks have passed as it might just be delayed! Quite often a parcel will take a little longer to get to you as the postal services are very busy, but if 6 weeks have passed and it still hasn’t arrived I will send you another one, if possible, or give you a refund.

Please contact me within 14 days of your order being delivered to arrange a return. If your order is eligible for a refund, it will be processed upon receiving the returned item/s. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Once received, I will refund the original purchase price minus any shipping costs, within 7 business days.

For lost parcels to the UK, please contact me if you've not received your order within 14 days. A refund will be issued within 7 business days.

For lost parcels outside of the UK, please contact me if you've not received your order within 45 days. A refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Your pin orders will come on a backing card, tucked inside a polka dot paper bag with a bonus sticker. 💜

Sometimes, to save on waste (and to save a few pennies!) I will add multiple pins to one backing card. This is better for the planet and it’s less for you to throw away, but if you’d like a backing card for each pin please let me know and I’ll be happy to do that for you!
