Welcome to Rustic Journals! I rebind new Bibles in full grain cowhide leather. I also repair and recover personal Bibles. I hand sew leather journals and make leather binders. Have a custom project in mind? Convo me about how we can make it a reality!

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

I am happy to refund you if you are not pleased with your purchase. I ask that you contact me within 3 days of receiving your item if you are not pleased and that any item is returned to me within 7 days in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. I will not refund any shipping costs. Also, custom and monogrammed orders are non-refundable.

Payment

I accept Paypal or credit card or Etsy gift cards. If payment is made via electronic check, your item will not ship until payment is cleared. Custom orders must be paid for before I begin the project. My turn around time is typically two days.

Delivery

Your packages will be sent PRIORITY FLAT RATE MAIL VIA USPS (2-3 DAYS) unless you have contacted me and need your item expedited OR the listing states otherwise. I want your item to reach you on time! I will do my best to ship your purchase the day of payment or the following day. Your item(s) will be carefully packaged as to be sure of safe arrival. A delivery confirmation number will be included in your notification of shipment email. PLEASE CONVO ME FOR SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES SO I CAN GET A RATE FOR YOU. Thank you!
