WITHIN THE UK

All items are sent by Royal Mail First Class, please note First Class is not a next day service and is uninsured, so please be aware that for this reason I cannot be held responsible for any items sent via normal First Class which are lost or damaged during transit.

If you would prefer to receive your items quicker and have the package insured, there are two options...

Royal Mail First Class Signed For
Aims to deliver the next working day, and is insured up to £50. Please note you will need to be available to sign for the package on receipt.
First Class Signed For will cost £4.50 per whole order.

Royal Mail Special Delivery
Guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day, fully tracked and insured up to £500. Please note you will need to be available to sign for the package on receipt.
Special delivery will cost £7 per whole order.

NON UK

All items are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. Airmail aims to deliver to Western Europe in 4 working days, Eastern Europe in 6 working days and the rest of the world in 8 working days. Please be aware that these times are aims and not guaranteed and it can take much longer (a package sent using airmail is not considered lost by the Royal Mail until 25 working days after postage). Airmail is not tracked or insured, so please be aware that for this reason I cannot be held responsible for any items sent via Airmail which are lost or damaged during transit.

If you would prefer to receive your items quicker and have the package insured against loss, there is another shipping option...

Airsure
Airsure aims to deliver a day faster than Airmail. Airsure aims to deliver to Western Europe in 3 working days, Eastern Europe in 5 working days and the rest of the world in 7 working days. Please be aware that these times are still aims and not guaranteed and it can take longer. Airsure is tracked at 6 points from despatch to delivery, travels through a secure network, and is insured up to £500.
Airsure will cost £9 per whole order.
