We are temporarily on a 3 week shipping turnaround.
I want to thank everyone for their understanding, as we try to get back to some sort of normalcy, due to Hurricane Ian. It's been over 1 year, and we're still waiting for some sort of settlement.

OUR ITEMS: All of our items are fully assembled and ready to add to your scrapbook and craft projects. I cut, glue, and assemble all of my items before they are shipped. You will receive what is pictured in listing. My items are physical items, and not digital. There are no extra little pieces for you to glue. Everything is already finished when you receive it.

I shipped within 48 hrs. after purchase. She received within 4 business days. Two business days after I shipped the item out, she wanted me to do something about why it was traveling around Texas, and hadn't gotten to her house. I didn't know what she expected me to do.
