Returns and exchanges

we know it can be tricky to choose stuff online sometimes, so we're pretty flexible... if your purchase isn't quite right for you please let us know asap: we'll always exchange or refund items returned in an appropriate condition...
...so if you do need to return/exchange an item (that's not faulty or wrongly despatched) this must be done at your own cost and we would ask that you please pack it carefully and keep a proof of posting too...just in case!

we have set up paypal as our default payment method, but do contact us if you have other ideas (e.g. we do accept cheques but, as we're in the uk, they have to be in GBP)

Shipping

in the uk, we send first class, recorded delivery for larger items.
internationally, we send airmail/small packet. if required we can add a signed for service, but this would cost an extra GBP £7
