A lover of all things natural, organic, beautiful and colourful, I make rustic sterling silver and gold jewellery - often with gem stones. I don't like making the same thing twice, so much of what I make are once off unique pieces.

Welcome to my shop and thank you for your visit! My ethos is to make affordable, beautiful jewellery that makes the wearer feel special. There's nothing nicer than someone complimenting you on your jewellery, right? I love it when that happens and I want to pass that onto others.
I use sterling silver, gold, gem stones, leather, crystal, chain - a mixture of whatever media I have to hand and what I feel is right at the time. My only rule is that I don't make jewellery when I am tired, things inevitably go wrong! So every piece that comes from my shop is sent with positive and happy thoughts.

Payment
I accept payment by Pay Pal, Debit/Credit Card and Etsy Gift Card.
Completion of payment within 24 hours is much appreciated, however you can complete payment within 2 days.
If after 2 days payment is not received I will contact you in order to see if everything is ok. If I do not hear back from you I will have to cancel the order.

Delivery
I will ship to your Etsy address, unless otherwise instructed.
All orders will be shipped according to the timeline on the product page. This will depend on whether an item is made to order, or is ready to ship.
All mail is sent 'Proof of Delivery', which means that the delivery must be signed for. If you have an urgent delivery, please let me know and I can confirm the additional cost.
Estimated shipping time from posting:
UK: 2-3 days
Everywhere else: 7-21 days - in some cases though it can take longer.
The items will arrive in a Silver by Ginger jewellery bag, in a padded envelope.
I cannot ship on public holidays, or during postal strikes, but otherwise will aim to ship as soon as possible.
Please note that orders placed outside of the EU may be liable for customs duty/import taxes on delivery, this is entirely out of my control as are any delays in delivery due to customs interventions. Payment of such customs amounts are the responsibility of the person the package is addressed to.
