Frequently asked questions
Do you have tracking information on my order?
If you've ordered prints, I WILL NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER. Tracked shipping is expensive for you as a customer and dealing with large numbers of tracking numbers is logistically too difficult as a lone seller.
If you have ordered a commission or a leather mask, MESSAGE ME FOR THE TRACKING NUMBER. These items are high value and will always be tracked, just send me a message and I'll send it to you :)
FINALLY please remember that once an order is in the postal system I have zero control of it, nor is there a hotline I can call to ask where an order is. Standard delivery is reliable, but it is not unheard of for an order to get lost or become delayed.
How long should I wait before contacting you about my order if I haven't received it?
UK orders: please allow 10 days from date of dispatch before contacting me about your order.
Europe: please allow 20 days from date of dispatch.
Everywhere else: please allow 30 days from date of dispatch.
TRACKED ORDERS (Commissions and Masks only) PLEASE HALVE THESE TIMES.
This is based on information on the Royal Mail website.
In the meantime, make sure your mail hasn't been intercepted by a neighbour or family member. This is more common than you might think!
Also double check that you have given me the correct address on the order.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Very discreet! No branding or suggestion of anything untoward!
What should I do if I've been sent duplicates of a print?
it happens sometimes! just keep it! you can give it away or bin it, totally up to you.
Do you offer concessions or discounts?
I do! On everything but the masks. Just message me your situation and I'll see what I can do for you.
