Combined Shipping
We are happy to combine shipping on orders.
When you are ordering multiple items from us the postage cost can add up in your basket very quickly and seem very expensive! Just pop us a message with what items you'd like to order and where they need shipping to and we will usually be able to give you a much cheaper postage cost.
Tracked Shipping
Please be aware that when selecting standard shipping once your parcel is collected by Royal Mail we will be unable to track its whereabouts.
If you wish to be able to track where you order is with a tracking number please select the tracked shipping at checkout.
Express Shipping
We are able to offer express courier shipping, please message us with what items you'd like to order and where it needs to be shipped to and we will be able to give you a quote!
Shipping Information
In the event of a claim for damage or missing items, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Customers must include photos of both the product and packaging.
Any orders which are returned to us by the post office will be reshipped once the customer has purchased additional postage. Any items which are held 50 days after the original date of purchase will be discarded or donated.
If an incorrect address is entered at check out we will only refund the cost of the item (not postage) if the parcel is returned to us by the delivery company. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the address is correct.
International shipping costs do not include customs fees, taxes, or duties.
How long will it take to receive my order (UK Orders)?
Orders within the UK are mostly dispatched by Royal Mail. We offer both 1st and 2nd Class options at checkout.
We aren't able to guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for post office delays.
How long will it take to receive my order (European Orders)?
Orders take on average between 3-10 business days to arrive via standard shipping and on average 5 working days with tracked shipping.
Please note if you have selected standard (untracked) shipping when checking out we are unable to accept any liability for lost parcels. We will also be unable to tell you where your parcel is due to the standard shipping service being untracked.
We are able to offer express shipping via courier if you require an order quicker than standard delivery. Just pop us a message with which item's you'd like and where you'd like shipping to and we can get a quote for you.

How long will it take to receive my order (International Orders)?
Orders take on average up to 15 business days to arrive (Canada 25 Days) via standard shipping and on average 5-8 business days with tracked shipping.

COVID-19 Delays
Please be aware that there may be delays with the postal system during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Please bear with Royal Mail during this time with the extra pressures they face to Social Distance and struggle with lower numbers at work in the sorting rooms.
This delay is also affecting the time taken for International orders to arrive too, for similar reasons and reduced international transits happening.
We recommend UK customers select first class and International customers select tracked shipping when checking out to ensure orders arrive as quick as possible.
