I am always happy to fix or replace any item you are not satisfied with. I understand that holding an item in your hand is completely different than observing it in pictures. If that's the case, please contact me within 3 days of order receipt, explaining your reasons. If the item is in good condition but is not what you were hoping for and for any reason you're not happy with it, I may ask you to send the item(s) back to me, however, at your cost. It must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. Once I get it back, I will refund you the full costs of your purchase (except for shipping). You can also ask me to trade your item for another under the same policy- you may need to pay an extra quantity if the new item's price is higher than the first's, otherwise I will send a partial refund.

Also, if there is damage or loss during shipping, please send me a message within 24h of receipt with a photograph of your item and I will replace it at my cost or even refund it if that is your wish. I want you to love what you purchase! :)

Paypal is the only available payment method at the moment. It is a quick, clean and safe method. Because of my full time day job, I will need 2 to 5 business days to process, package and send your order after purchase, depending on your order's size and number of ongoing processes. In the meanwhile you're free to ask any questions and make any comments.

All my items are shipped in a bubble wrap envelope via registered mail, which means that you will be able to track it at all times from the moment the order is dispatched.

The shipping importance includes the service itself plus all the material costs to carefully wrap your package. Also, please note that my items will only be created and shipped after all funds are clear. I usually ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays, so if you make a purchase near to one of these days, probably it will only be sent out the next Monday or Thursday. However, I always make effort to ensure that your order is shipped in less than a week.

After your order is left at the post office, you will receive a shipping message from Etsy with your parcel's tracking number. Please note that orders shipping outside the EU may be subject to duties/customs fees that shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery time is estimated at 5 to 7 business to Europe and 10 to 20 business days to the rest of the world. But please note that during high season, or due to other factors such as customs and extreme weather, it can take as long as 25/30 business days. If you need faster shipping, please convo me before purchase to upgrade it to priority mail for extra 2.20€ (approx. $3).

Your order will be shipped to the address indicated on Etsy; please make sure that your provide the correct one. If your order returns due to incorrect address or if you don't claim it from your local post office in proper time, a fee will be charged to send it again.

Terra + Luna offers handmade fashion jewelry which should be treated as such for a longer life span. Overall, my jewelry is not waterproof, so I highly recommend you to avoid direct contact with water, perfumes and lotions, as well as to take off your piece(s) when you workout or go to the beach. The chains and metal components can be occasionally cleaned with a soft dry cotton cloth to remove oils and dust. The pieces will eventually age depending on your lifestyle, but these simple cautions can improve your jewelry's durability.
