Delivery - UK customers
I will aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and meet the delivery date given to you at the checkout, but you may experience some short delays from delivery partners.

Delivery Services:
Royal Mail - Delays in delivery. Post seems to have settled, but I am still getting reports of late deliveries. Can I ask that you allow a few extra days, before contacting me. I cannot give estimates of delivery times beyond the ones stated by Royal Mail.
UK
1st class. 1 - 2 days
2nd class. 2 - 3 days
Europe
3 - 5 business days (allow up to 2 weeks)
Outside Europe
6 - 7 business days (allow up to 3 weeks)

DPD - Delivering as usual, short delays may be expected
Health and safety
I am closely following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) for info on staying healthy and safe in the UK.

International Customers - Outside UK.
Due to the volume of lost orders since Covid, ALL orders will now be shipped using Royal Mail signed/ tracked for delivery service. As always any over payment in postage will be refunded.

Brexit.
EU customers will likely face import and admin duties on orders shipped from the UK. You are responsible for payment of these, so I would advise that you to check your countries individual tariffs before proceeding with an order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Refunds or exchanges on items within 14 days of the delivery date, if the product is in its original intact condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

I aim to get all order dispatched between 1 -2 business days, upon receipt of payment.

UK Customers
To keep costs down all my orders are dispatched using Royal Mails 2nd class delivery service, larger value orders will be sent by 2nd class recorded. Delivery should take 1 - 3 days, however, please allow for delays of up to 1 week. If you want 1st class delivery, please select that option at checkout. Alternatively, contact me to explore other options for an additional cost.

European Customers - EU and Non EU Countries -
All orders will be dispatched using either Royal Mails tracked and signed for service (EU), or Royal Mails signed for (non EU) again, deliveries should take 3 - 5 business days for delivery, but allow for postal delays of up to 2 weeks.

Outside Europe
All orders will be dispatched using either Royal Mails tracked and signed for service, or Royal Mails signed for. Again please allow 6 - 7 business days for delivery, with delays taking anything up to 3 weeks.

I cannot be held responsible for any customs/tax charges on delivery of your item. This is the buyers responsibility.

BREXIT

To my European Union friends.

Up to 31st December 2020 there will be no changes in the way you receive items - no VAT or customs charges for countries within the EU.

After this date (1st January 2021) European customers maybe subject to admin and customs charge in addition to the cost of your order, the rate will vary by your state / country and payable to them. You are responsible for these costs. Therefore, I would advise you to check this yourself with the relevant government agency before placing an order.
