Order damaged on arrival? Please give us the full details and pictures below and we can replace any damaged items, if you’d prefer a refund, please post the items back to us for a full refund.

The brownies tend to last 2-3 weeks and keep even better in the fridge. They also freeze well.

Ordering - if you'd like to order to multiple people, please do so on separate orders.

Mistakes on orders - please send me the details so I can add a note to the order.

Tracking - Etsy auto generates tracking numbers but they don't actually work (I can't use them either)

Delivery - you'll get a dispatch notification from me either the day before or the day I send your box, a lot of people receive their box the day after, but due to the covid19 outbreak Royal Mail are heavily affected and this can delay your parcel.


Freshness - I bake fresh and heat seal each brownie individually and so they keep really well.

Refunds

Please return the item for a full refund

Christmas ordering

Thank you for contacting us. We’ve completed all of the final orders and all will be posted Saturday 19th at the latest.

The brownies are heat sealed to keep them fresh. As stated when ordering we won’t be offering refunds for boxes that haven’t arrived in time for Christmas.
