Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage and the original shipping costs will not be refunded. A refund will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the item.

Returned items must be in new condition and in their original product packaging.

Sale, final closeout, and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

GIFTS: If your item is a gift, make sure place the correct shipping address in the fields at checkout. Our artwork arrives wrapped in pretty tissue paper and is suitable for gift giving without any additional cost.

Every order is shipped via USPS with complimentary tracking and delivery confirmation.

USPS tracking times are estimates and can be inaccurate. In the rare instance that your order is significantly delayed or goes missing (over 15 business days), the buyer is responsible for contacting USPS with the tracking number. In most cases, orders that appear to have stopped tracking DO eventually show up, although it's sometimes much later than expected. I cannot be held responsible for USPS delay.

You must contact me within 30 days of order to report a lost or delayed package. Packages marked delivered cannot be refunded unless the item is returned in new condition.

Make sure to double check your shipping address. Per Etsy rules, orders with an incorrect address will need to be canceled and repurchased. If your address is unverified, your order may also be canceled.

If the buyer provided an incorrect address and the item is returned to me, the buyer is responsible for reshipment fees.

If the item is delivered to the wrong address because of an error in the address at checkout, you are responsible for repurchasing the item.
