With a constant yearning to create, Julien Kearns spent much of her childhood crafting, colouring and painting up a storm. Continuing to ignite her adoration for the creative arts, Julien achieved a Bachelor of Arts and Design degree in Fashion and later pursued a career that spanned across various industries including: Fashion, Graphic Design and Publishing.

It was during her career as a Graphic Designer with a well-known fashion company, that she discovered her passion for stationery and weddings. Julien soon after left her job and pursued her love affair with paper and all things love-related. In a room adorned with ribbon and stacks of gorgeous fabrics, Thimble Design was born and is now creating fanciful wedding favors, decorations and stationery for your special day.

As a 'bride-to-be' herself, Julien knows first hand what it takes to make your day truly one-of-a-kind.
