I'm based in the UK and I always aim to get items sent off ASAP, usually within a week of ordering, but this is dependent on other commitments. The following times are taken from the Royal Mail website:
UK: Royal Mail First Class (approx. 1-2 working days from posting)
International: Air Mail International Standard (approx. 7 working days from posting)
Please note that these services do not include tracking information. If you wish to upgrade your postage, please get in touch. If your item does not arrive within 14 days (UK) / 30 days (International) please get in touch and I will investigate.
Additional customs charges applied to international orders is completely out of my control and I cannot predict if this will happen to your order. No refunds or compensation will be paid if this occurs, so please check the policies of the country you wish to have your order shipped to prior to ordering.
