Announcement    Welcome to my shop! So lovely to see you. I hope you find something here that you love.

Just a quick heads up - I've got a sale on my Sheep Landscape pictures at the moment. Throughout September I am giving you 15% off all sheep landscape pictures, with free UK shipping too. Get ahead with your Christmas shopping!

To continue to adhere to the latest UK Government advice on the control of Covid-19, I will be 'staying alert' to the risks of Covid-19. Part of this will be to continue to limit my trips to the Post Office each week to two visits. I will still be taking orders as normal and will dispatch your parcel as soon as is practicable. However, if you need an item more promptly, please contact me before you place an order as I may be unable to dispatch it as a matter of urgency at present. Please also bear in mind, if you are ordering for delivery to the United States, there seems to be a typical delivery timescale of approximately 4-5 weeks at present.

I am regularly adding new pieces of original felted wool art to my shop and I can create custom made items on request. Find out more about me as a maker on my website - www.tillyteadance.co.uk

Happily Creating in Felt and Embroidery

Hi folks! I'm Maxine, a British Textile Artist producing unusual fibre art inspired by Shropshire's dramatic landscapes, hillsides and hedgerows.

I am a lifelong stitcher and started sewing as a four year old. Mum taught me to operate a sewing machine aged eight and I've taught myself new techniques along the way. I turned my hobby into an occupation in 2015 after my son, Benjamin, was born. I wanted to spend more time with him so gave up my job in charity management and picked up my needle felting tools and embroidery threads!

I produce high quality, handcrafted artwork from my studio in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England. I also run workshops to give people the skills, materials and inspiration they need to create their own pieces of textile art.

I produce every piece of work with love, care and attention to detail. Each piece of work is unique - no two identical.

My favourite subjects are British countryside themes - rolling hillsides, fields of sheep, coastlines, hedgerows and pretty floral scenes. I try to ensure that my use of colour and style means that, once you have one piece of my work, you can collect others to coordinate with it.

I pack your order with the utmost care and attention, to ensure it travels safely and brings a smile to your face when you open it!

I am not responsible for a parcel if I have been given an incorrect delivery address. I am also not responsible if an item is delayed in customs or by postal services outside of the UK.

Customs or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and these costs are not included in the product price or shipping charge of the item. I advise that customers check with their country's customs to establish what additional customs or import charges might be applied, prior to any purchase.

If you are not happy with your purchase, I will issue a refund once I have received the item in its original 'as sold' condition. Please contact me in the first instance to discuss any problems with your order.

Unless an item is faulty, I am unable to refund shipping costs.
Payment
I accept all Etsy payment methods, including PayPal.

Orders will be shipped when payment is received. This will be within 3-5 working days. Custom orders may take longer, and a timescale will be provided to customers so they have an accurate guide as to the length of time needed to make and ship the item (see Delivery Policy)

If you wish to change your order, please get in touch with me as soon as possible, and at the latest within 24 hours, as it may otherwise be shipped after this time.

Payment is set to GBP(£) and is not subject to VAT (value added tax)
Delivery
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Shipping timescales vary from item to item (for precise details on estimated shipping times see individual item listings). As a guide, most non-custom items are being dispatched within 3-5 working days of payment.

I normally post items twice a week.
Please note the shipping timescales when you order your item. If you are ordering an item for a specific date sooner than the estimated shipping date (e.g birthday, Mothers Day) please contact me. I absolutely don't mind making a special trip to the post office provided I know about it!

I am not responsible for delays caused by your parcel being held by customs or postal services.

Customs or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and these costs are not included in the product price or shipping charge of the item. I advise that customers check with their country's customs to establish what additional customs or import charges might be applied, prior to any purchase.

Most of my items are shipped in the UK by Royal Mail second class service. I can provide proof of postage, but am unable to track items in the delivery process.

International Shipping:
From 6 June 2020, some items posted outside of the United Kingdom will be posted via Royal Mail International Tracked Mail. Unfortunately a few items posted via International Standard (un-tracked) have gone missing recently and my little artwork business can not continue to absorb the cost of refunding items not delivered. As a result this may mean the postage cost of your item is greater than the cost of the piece of artwork. I'm sorry about this, but I'm sure you can appreciate that it is not in anybody's interest to have parcels going missing in the post. I have used Royal Mail's pricing calculator to work out my shipping costs, but I will be looking carefully at this and will make refunds on over-charges on postage and packaging where this happens.

Where items are posted internationally via Royal Mail International Standard, I will be unable to provide any tracking information on your order.

Covid-19 measures:
I am currently going to the Post Office twice a week, to minimise the risk of exposing me and my family to the virus.
