I appreciate your great communication. I purchased from you weeks before Christmas. The Christmas cards i purchased from you were suppose to come in before Christmas. I contacted you and you were responsive. You asked me to wait at least another week. I did. Then after Christmas had passed you were still very responsive to my messages. And I appreciate that. You were fast and friendly. I asked for a refund, and you apologized, and moved forward with a refund. I recieved the Christmas cards 5 weeks after Christmas. I understand this was not your fault and I apologize for asking for a refund. You did all you could. You were always respectful, fast at responding to my messages; overall, a great communicator.
