"If only you could bottle that" Well, we have and it works fantastically (even if we do say so ourselves!)

Under the Blossom Tree began rather randomly while crafting for Halloween with my youngest son. We had bought the glass bottles and some tiny skull beads (add a bit of red felting and some glycerin, and they looked pretty awesome)

I was lucky enough to be able to take some time off work after having my son (what actually happened was my employer went bankrupt while I was on maternity leave and disappeared) but I definitely needed to go back and had been starting to look but in the meantime, I had some spare time in which I started to think about what else could go in the bottles. The rest, as they say, is history, or at least it's become part of my history.

It is hard, my mind is way more artistic than business-focused, and I'm constantly having to learn how to do things other than pop things in bottles :), my photos aren't the best, my descriptions could use a little work, but I'm working towards it and I do love what I'm doing. I hope that shows not only in the products, but also in the customer service. I want you to love my work as much as I do.

So, are the products about the wording, the bottle or the frame? All of them. They all tie together to make a unique and thoughtful gift. They aren't big or flashy, but they come from the heart, and they truly make the most wonderful little gifts.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
I want you to have a happy experience with us. If for any reason at all you are unhappy with your item then please get in touch as soon as possible after you receive it.

Any refunds will only be issued after the item has been returned to me. Buyer to pay postage.

Please note that custom/personalised items are non-refundable unless there has been some fault of mine in your personalisation. Please ensure you take the time to check over the draft as once you have approved it will be printed with the assumption it is correct.
I accept Direct Checkout, Etsy gift cards and PayPal for all transactions.

UK based orders are free postage and are sent out 2nd class and Royal Mail aims to deliver within 4-6 days.

INTERNATIONAL based orders are shipped by Royal Mail standard delivery.
****There is NO tracking information available with the standard shipping & once I have shipped there is no way for me to trace the item.****

I'll be honest, international delivery can be a bit unpredictable, I've had some arrive within 5 days, others can take weeks.
Most items are delivered within the 10-14 days. Please note, this is NOT guaranteed, as while it is rare, there are the odd few that have taken over 4 weeks to arrive after being held up at customs. Unfortunately, I have no control over this.
I can not treat a parcel as missing until the 4 weeks have passed, sorry.

There is the option during checkout to upgrade shipping include tracking & while more expensive it comes with the benefit of knowing where your parcel is. I highly recommend overseas customers to use this service.

For bespoke or multiple orders I will give you an expected shipping date.

***Buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties and fees of the destination country.
Most sellers on Etsy are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Etsy does not expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees or taxes***

I generally work to a next-day rule (although this may very occasionally be 2 days at busy times or if I've managed to get a cheeky day off! Normally at the weekend so this won't affect the processing time)
So the day after you place your order, I'll send you a proof for approval, day after that I'll make and day 3 I'll have it ready to post out. Please keep an eye out for the proof as I really don't like to send them without it and non-response will result in delays in processing your order. I will send a couple of Etsy convos and an email to the one link to your Etsy account.

If like me you're a last-minute type of person and need it quicker, please let me know and I'll try my hardest to get it to you in time.

All our items and frames are hand made and may differ very slightly than in the photos.

Please note that these sizes approximate only.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Please let me know if you wish to have this item gift wrapped with a note. I am more than happy to do so free of charge if your item is going direct as a gift. I'll even send you some pics of it completed so you can see what you sent! :)

Custom and personalised orders

Please add the personalisation in the box at checkout. The clearer you are the better and the quicker I can get your proof done for you. You can choose to add names to the printed quote or you can change the wording to something else.

If you would like something you can't see in the shop let me know and I'll see what I can do for you.

Shipping times

Please note that these are estimates only and NOT a guaranteed timeframe. There are always the odd few that take longer.

UK orders are sent 2nd class with Royal Mail and delivery time is approx 4-6 days.

Europe & Ireland are sent standard with Royal Mail and take approx 7-10 days

Rest of the world approx 10-14 days.

Upgrades available at checkout. We highly recommend you choose to upgrade.

What happens if I don't hear from you?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so we would much prefer you to approve the proof of personalisation.

I'll send you a couple of Etsy messages and try the email linked to your Etsy account.
We then change the dispatch by date in the hope that the notification will alert you to the messages.

If after that we still don't hear from you and we feel able to make the item without any worry of getting it wrong then we'll go ahead. However, if there is any confusion as to what you want or if you've been offered a choice of fonts then we really can't go ahead and your order will be cancelled and refunded. You are always most welcome to re-order.

There's something wrong with my order.

Then please accept our sincere apologies and get in touch as soon as possible. It's important to us that you are happy with your item.
If the fault lies with us then we will fix the problem.
If unfortunately, it's an error on your part, don't worry, I am still happy to work with you to fix it.
