The free delivery for UK orders is basic 2nd class, which has no tracking information. There is an option to upgrade to 1st class signed for at checkout.
Royal Mail are still experiencing delays in certain areas, so unfortunately, delivery timeframes can not be guaranteed.

What size are the frames and why don't they have glass in the them?
The frame surrounds are handmade by us, using a lightweight, robust and highly sustainable tulip wood.
Compact yet impactful, the frames measure 10cm x 15cm.
Designed to be a discreet and meaningful addition to any space, the keepsake's compact size allows you to place it on a shelf, a bedside table, any flat surface or they can be hung on a wall.
The bottle is securely attached to the printed backing card. The absence of glass within the frame ensures that the bottle takes centre stage, creating a visually striking display.
I use the highest quality materials such as fade-resistant ink, acid-free premium card, and thick glass bottles.
Can you gift wrap this for me?

How do I personalised items and what can I have on it?
Each piece is completely unique, due to the personalisation options. You have the choice to only change the names, make some small adjustments to the default text, or completely change the wording, all at no extra cost. Simply enter your desired message in the personalisation box when purchasing, and I'll provide a proof for you to review, ensuring that the final product is as you want it before printing.

What are your processing, packaging and postage details?
Your order will be process and ready to post within 3 days. If you need it quickly, be sure to let me know and I'll try my best to get it to you in time.
Your frame is going to mean a lot to someone, and I want it to arrive in pristine condition. It is packaged using a padding strip of foam, to protect the bottle insert, then wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and bubble wrap – it arrives in a high-quality, padded envelope.
Free postage is 2nd class, with the option of upgrades for speedier delivery at checkout.
What happens to my order if I miss your messages?
I want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. To achieve this, I would greatly appreciate your proof approval. I'll be reaching out to you through a couple of Etsy messages and the email linked to your Etsy account is I have no luck on Etsy. Additionally, I'll adjust the dispatch by date, hoping that the notification will draw your attention to the previous messages.
If, despite these efforts, I don't receive a response, I'll have to consider proceeding without confirmation. However, if there's any uncertainty about your preferences or if you've been given choices, I won't proceed, and your order will be cancelled and refunded. You're always welcome to place a new order with the correct details.
