The free delivery for UK orders is basic 2nd class, which has no tracking information. There is an option to upgrade to 1st class signed for at checkout.
Royal Mail are still experiencing delays in certain areas, so unfortunately, delivery timeframes can not be guaranteed.

All our items and frames are hand made and may, therefore, differ very slightly than in the photos.

Frequently asked questions

What size are the frames?

The frames are approximately 6" x 4" (10cm x 15 cm)
Please note that these sizes may differ very slightly due to them being handmade.

Can you gift wrapping and what packaging do you use?

Planning on sending it direct? Let me know at the time of ordering and I'll happily send it gift wrapped for you.
I'll even send you some pics of it completed so you can see what you sent! :)

These will be well packaged, with a foam padding strip protecting the bottle, bubble wrapped to protect the frame and sent in a high quality padded envelope.

How do I personalised items and can I get an cusom order?

Please add the personalisation in the box at checkout. The clearer you are the better and the quicker I can get your proof done for you. You can choose to add names to the printed quote or you can change the wording to something else.

If you would like something you can't see in the shop let me know and I'll see what I can do for you.

What are the delivery times?

Please note that these are Royal Mail/Etsy estimates only and NOT a guaranteed timeframe. There are always the odd few that take longer, especially of late.

UK orders are sent 2nd class with Royal Mail and delivery time is approx 4-6 days. There is no tracking information provide with this service, although the option to upgrade to 1st class signed for is available at checkout.

Europe & Ireland are sent standard with Royal Mail and take approx 7-10 days (No tracking)

Rest of the world, approx 10-14 days (No tracking)

Upgrades for all shipping areas are available at checkout. We highly recommend you choose to upgrade.

What happens to my order if I don't reply to your messages?

I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so I would much prefer to have the proof approval from you.

I'll send you a couple of Etsy messages and try the email linked to your Etsy account.
I then change the dispatch by date in the hope that the notification of that will alert you to the previous messages.

If, after all that, I still don't hear from you, I have to decide if I can make it without any worry of getting it wrong. However, if there is any confusion as to what you want or if you've been offered a choice of fonts then I really can't go ahead and your order will be cancelled and refunded. You are always most welcome to re-order.

There is something wrong with my order.

Then please accept my sincere apologies and get in touch as soon as possible. It's important to me that you are happy with your item.
If the fault lies with me, then, of course, I will fix the problem.
If, unfortunately, it's an error on your part, don't worry, I am still happy to work with you to fix it. We are only human after all and can all make mistakes sometimes.

I'd like to order from outside the UK

Since Covid hit, I took the sad decision to stop taking overseas orders due to the delays in delivery.

While this has improved somewhat, the cost for international shipping have greatly increased and costs just as much (if not more in some cases) as the items themselves.
