5 out of 5 starsI was super excited to get this print since it represents some of the best times in my life as a kid. It's exactly as it looks here on Etsy, printed on vibrantly on great paper stock, and I can't wait to mount it and hang it in my office.

5 out of 5 starsLove this - printed on nice, thick cardstock and packaged well so there was no chance of it being bent or damaged during transit. This will make a really unique gift for a musician who is hard to shop for!

5 out of 5 starsMy very first home computer, presented here in beautiful full colour (something the machine itself was incapable of). A lovely piece of art, thank you.
About uptomuch
Revealing the beauty in engineering and manufacturing.
I trained as an industrial designer but chose not to move into the formal design world, instead plotting a fruitful journey around the software development landscape. I always worked on design projects through: pieces of furniture and electronic circuits, as well as software.
At some point at the end of the 00's, there was a watershed moment when a couple of small companies opened up, that brought the power of modern industrial prototyping magic to an affordable, and accessible level. People like Shapeways and Ponoko opened so many doors - This was great! I rattled off a couple of projects and had parts for them them laser cut, or 3d printed.
What was initially curiosity turned into a very small enterprise. One person, still just me, but in conjunction with manufacturing partners, able to produce quality products, from a small flat! Now we're talking!
I got a little studio nearby to support my work on the Polargraph drawing machine, and continued with a series of jewellery designs that sold well here on Etsy.
The latest project is Circuit Portraits: A series of hand-pulled screen prints of famous circuit boards.

Seriously, maybe one day I'll be in this for the mega bucks, but until then, I'm just trying to make neat stuff, for neat people. Hopefully you're one of them.
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Electronic downloads are exempt from this - I can't offer refunds for plans you've ordered once I've sent them. If you change your mind before you've received the file, then drop me an email and I'll refund you before I send the files out.
Personalised jewellery is also exempt - things with special text or patterns that won't mean anything to anybody else.

Delivery
I use first class Royal Mail within the UK and airmail small package for everywhere else. This is normally reckoned to take 3 to 5 days for Europe and 5 to 10 days for further afield.
If an item needs to be made to order there will be a lead time before I can ship it to you. This will depend on lots of things (my suppliers mostly). The individual listings will say whether the delivery will be taken directly from stock, or what the lead time will be otherwise. Roughly, 3D printed stuff takes up to three weeks to make and finish.
