viCeramics



I was born in Florence, Italy (1988).
After completing a five year programme in Fine Arts at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Firenze (February 2014), I moved to London.
I focused on Ceramics only in the last few years: working out of a small studio in Florence, at La Meridiana Ceramics School in Tuscany, at Turning Earth in Hoxton, at the Ceramics Studio Co-op in New Cross, and I'm now settled at the Art Hub Studio in Woolwich.

I enjoy creating a mix of functional and non-functional objects, all of them thrown on the wheel.
My research specialises in thrown shapes, materials and glazes.
I'm always working on making new glazes using her own recipes, which is a new challenge and adventure (with many defeats too!).

My aim is to give life to ceramics, and let it be used by plants, nature, time, and people, you. I see ceramics as part of us, of our life and history.

In packaging what you've choosen I'll be very carefull and I'll do my best to wrap it and protect it! Anyway, shipping is shipping and if the item arrives to you broken, please take pictures of the box and the item itself, contact me as soooooon as possible, and I'll do my best to get you a refund or a happy ending anyway.

If you contact me because you are not happy with the item, we'll talk about refund or other possibilities. If at the end you decide you need to return it, keep in mind that this time you should pay for the shipping.

DELAYS
Please remember that delays in postage are not unusual (most of the time parcels arrive with delays) sadly. I am not responsible for that, but I am truly sorry if this happens to your delivery.
For our piece of mind I advise to choose tracking delivery options, otherwise if the parcel is late I have no way to let you know where is it.

ORDERING MORE THAN 1 PIECE?
In case you order more than one piece, probably the delivery cost won't be reduced because we have to pay for the total weight. But if the total delivery cost turns out to be less, I will let you know and send you a refund.

Just let me know if it is going to be a gift, and I'll wrap it nicely and make handmade packaging for you!
