Hats are a passion of mine and have been for many years this is a huge collection I had that I am listing...I hope you enjoy just browsing and seeing what is on offer and if I can help in any way I will. I am happy to keep things to one side with a small deposit. I am also happy to combine and obtain best postage available.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
As our items are vintage or antique we do expect some slight wear and tear and all major issues will be mentioned...however we do not accept returns for items that are not suitable due to colour not being correct or size ....unless I have listed it incorrectly. ..~If an item is agreed to return with us then please return by return post we do not accept anything that is returned later.
Payment
We are not responsible for taxes incurred on items posted internationally
Although we prefer to use tracking on all items we appreciate to keep costs down customers prefer not to pay for this service. If we are not including tracking and it is preferred please contact before payment so we can alter invoice. If no tracking used we will obtain proof of postage...we are not responsible once an item is posted.
Delivery
Some items are posted without tracking and insurance to keep costs down if this is so in this case then we are not responsible once posted...although we do obtain a proof of posting should anything go astray.

If you do require tracking and insurance cover please inform before paying and we will alter accordingly.

We are not responsible for any taxes incurred by your country customs offices.
