The worst experience I've ever had on Etsy. I ordered this piece over a month ago for a very special occasion, to ensure that it got here in time. There was problem after problem. First the necklace was supposedly left with a friend of the seller so that she could post it out, they then fell out so the friend never posted it. The seller claimed that she retrieved the necklace and that she would be posting it out 1st class the next day, and she would send me proof of postage along with a 50% refund. Neither the necklace, proof or refund arrived, ever. Once it was clear to me that the seller had never intended to post our my necklace I asked for a full refund, and she ignored me for about 2 weeks. It was only when I told her I was opening a case against her with Etsy did she refund me. She gave no apology nor full explanation.

I absolutely adore this necklace, it's so cute and magical!! It was packaged beautifully with a lovely handwritten letter and was a real joy to open, it really brought a smile to my face!! Communication from the seller was also really good and clear!!
