The item wasn't what I was expecting (it was not a letterpress print in the traditional definition of letterpress - it is not a relief print on cardstock/paper), but the folks at WNYBAC were very responsive and furnished a refund almost immediately after I got in touch with them. For the record, the print is on photo paper and not matte cardstock as the item description states. I will definitely do business with WNYBAC again, as they have well-designed prints and the customer service was excellent.

Long time BSS fan and Buffalo native. This poster is amazing and is hand printed. Would definitely buy again from this shop. Thank you!
