    Hi there!
    We are Christie and Caroline, the owners of Worry Less Design. We are twin sisters and we started the business in 2014 when we couldn't find the right gifts for our cyclist friends and relatives.

    We are both Runners but have rapidly caught the Cycling addiction and also just recently completed our first few Triathlons.

    We are passionate about sourcing products from sustainable materials and from UK based companies. We hope you like our products as much as we do, we love designing, making and selling them. If there is anything that you wish we made or any sport we don't cover that you want us to, we would love to hear from you.

    All our products are available to order via our wholesale website, just email us using the address below and we will send you a link or can send you a hard-copy of our latest brochure if you prefer.

    Returns and exchanges
    I gladly accept returns and exchanges
    Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
    Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
    I don't accept cancellations
    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalised orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
    Returns and exchange details
    In the, hopefully unlikely, event that you are unhappy with your order, please let us know immediately and, at minimum, within 3 days of receiving your order.

    Buyer pays return postage and the item should be returned in its original packaging (where possible). A refund of the order value will be issued on receipt of the returned item.

    We regret that we cannot offer refunds for customised/bespoke items.

    In the, again hopefully unlikely, event of damage to your order, please let us know immediately and, at minimum, within 3 days of receiving your order. We require that you either return the damaged item to us or send evidence of the damage in the form of photographs before we can issue a refund or send a replacement.

    In case of any other problems, please contact us direct via the Etsy Conversation option or via email on contact [!at] worrylessdesign.co.uk so we can reach a resolution.
    Shipping
    • All UK picture/mug/bottle orders are shipped Royal Mail, 2nd class – they aim to deliver within 3 days. Greetings cards and T-shirts are shipped Royal Mail, 1st class.

    • All international orders are shipped Royal Mail International Standard – they aim to deliver within 5 - 7 days, although please also ensure you allow for time for the items to pass through customs at your destination. Any customs fees due will be the responsibility of the buyer. Greetings cards are shipped Royal Mail International Standard - they aim to deliver within 5 - 7 days.

    • We can also offer expedited shipping, please message us before order to discuss.

    • All picture/mug/bottle orders are bubble wrapped and shipped in a cardboard postal box. We are happy to add gift notes to the package if required. Please message before order to discuss.
