Do you provide proofs before printed?
Yes.
After you place the order and send over pictures, you will receive a digital proof(s) in 1-3 days.
If there’s anything you want to modify with your proof(s), we would happily change it until you are completely satisfied with it.
What is the turn around time for an order?
It usually takes 3-7 business days for producing the products and 3-7 days for delivery (except for express shipping).
During non-peak times, products may even arrived in earlier then the estimated date.
Do you keep photos/custom art on file once an order is placed?
Yes. We kept all photos and custom art pieces that we made in our database. Ordering again from us anytime you want! Also it cuts down the future processing time.
