Our Story: Carving Footprints in Tree Rings, Preserving Memories in the Scent of Wood
🌲 The Beginning of the Story: When Passion Meets Wood
Hello! Welcome to my little shop, Cosfunstudio.
I’ve always been captivated by two things: the masterful lines of nature and the warm, unique texture of wood.
This story began during a hike in Yellowstone National Park. As I gazed at the magnificent canyon before me, I wondered: How could I bring this sense of awe—and the grounding feeling of my feet on the earth—back into my ordinary daily life? While photos are certainly beautiful, they seem to lack a certain tangible warmth.
Back in my studio, I used laser engraving and hand-sanding to recreate the trail of that hike on a wooden board. When my fingers traced the undulating mountains and valleys on the wood and I caught the faint scent of timber, I knew I had found a way to give “memories” a tangible form.
