PropTech Prints — Privacy Policy
PropTech Prints is based in the United States and has been selling all types of gaming and hobbyist interests on Etsy since 2024. He sells primarily to buyers in
the US, but offer his items for sale worldwide. He uses
trusted third-party services, including shipping providers and cloud storage solutions, to
operate and fulfill orders efficiently.
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you
purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or
its related sites and services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to practices of third parties I do not own or control,
including Etsy or any third-party services you access through Etsy. Please refer to Etsy’s
Privacy Policy to learn more about Etsy’s privacy practices.
1. Information I Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized
Etsy to provide), including your name, email address, postal address, payment information,
and details of the product you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide additional
personal information (for example, details for custom orders) if you contact me directly.
Additionally, Etsy may automatically provide certain information about your device or
browsing activities, such as IP address, browser type, referral source, and time spent
viewing my listings.
2. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR
and US state privacy laws, to collect, use, and share your information:
• As needed to provide my services, such as fulfilling your orders, providing customer

protect personal information. However, no method of data transmission or storage can
guarantee absolute security.
