¡Bienvenido a mi tienda etsy!
Como mis amigos y familiares saben, he sido RN a tiempo completo durante los últimos 25 años. Cuando llegó el COVID empecé a coser de nuevo (una habilidad que mi madre me enseñó hace años). Inicialmente, fue para proporcionar máscaras para mis compañeros de enfermería en el trabajo. A medida que pasaba el tiempo, revisé mis patrones y materiales muchas veces en un intento de hacerlo bien y he donado más de 700 máscaras a mis colegas del hospital y a la población sin hogar en mi ciudad. A medida que mejoraba en la fabricación de máscaras, la gente comenzó a pedir comprarlas. Pensé que cuantas más personas usaran máscaras, menos pacientes con COVID en los hospitales. Y eso es bueno para enfermeras, médicos y todo el personal de apoyo que hace que nuestras instalaciones funcionen. Entonces, decidí seguir cosiendo y abrir una tienda ETSY.

Welcome to my etsy shop!
As my friends and family know, I've been a full-time RN for the last 25 years. When COVID came along I started sewing again (a skill my mother taught me years ago). Initially, it was to provide masks for my fellow nurses at work. As time went on, I tweeked my patterns and materials many times in an attempt to get it right and I've donated over 700 masks to my hospital colleagues and to the homeless population in my town. As I got better at making masks, people started to ask to buy them. I figured the more people wearing masks, the less COVID patients in the hospitals. And that's good for nurses, doctors, and all the support staff that make our facilities function. So, I decided to keep sewing and open up an ETSY shop.
