📦 Each of my products are made just for you when you place your order, which is why the products take slightly longer to dispatch than if you ordered from a shop with a warehouse of ready-made items. By purchasing products that are 'printed on demand' your thoughtful decision reduces waste in the fashion industry, co2 emissions, postage costs, packaging... the list goes on! 4 out of 5 starsLovely little card and sentiment, received very quickly. Reason for only 4 stars is that it was slightly bent on delivery which may have been due to a number of reasons, but perhaps packaging could be a bit firmer.

Whoops, I have entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Buyers are responsible to provide the correct address in the right format.
Double check your address when placing an order, if you notice that the delivery address you have one hour to message me and I can correct it. After that I cannot guarantee any amendments.
The correct UK address format:
- No full stops or commas.
- Do not mix the 1st and 2nd lines up. Orders with the 2nd line on the first is a frequent mistake that causes delivery delays.

Any unapproved returns and reshipping to the correct delivery address will incur additional postage charges.
My item is a gift - how will it be sent?
WILL ANY PAPERWORK BE SENT WITH MY ORDER?
Orders are sent without any paperwork for complete discretion.
DO YOU GIFT WRAP YOUR PRODUCTS?
Unfortunately, due to the way our order management system works, we are unable to gift wrap items at the moment.
CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT NOTE?
Absolutely, these MUST be included in the order, in the personalised section and will not be able to be added once the order has been set to production.
There's something wrong with my order - what now?
Though we aim for greatness, mistakes do, unfortunately, pop up occasionally. We'll happily set them straight.
Please send us a message through Etsy, detailing the following information::
1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. An image of the product received, clearly showing the issue
Please note as per Etsy T's & C's - We can only liaise with you via Etsy messaging. Any messages via other means will not be responded to.

We offer a reduced rate on additional items added to the cart that are going to the same address.

RETURNS
I am happy to refund any unused item that is still saleable, but this does not include personalised, custom-made products, sales for these are final.
Can I see a photo of my item before it is sent?
Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders we send a day we cannot provide photographs of your order prior to sending it out. All items are produced to the standard shown on the product page and will use the same colours, fonts and designs as shown.
Sizing details
Our clothing is sized for unisex wear (boyfriend fit). The sizing does run slightly bigger than normal, however many of our customers choose their normal equivalent size.
For your assistance, there is a size guide in the listing photos. It is advised that you check these carefully before purchasing, if in doubt, measure one of your comfortable existing items of clothing and match it accordingly.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
ALL FABRIC ITEMS:
Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F); Do not bleach; Tumble dry: low heat; Iron, steam or dry. When ironing use a low heat and not directly on the print as this will help it last even longer. Do not dry-clean!!!

Our photos demonstrate our products in the manufacturer’s colours, as true as the web designing process will allow us to. Colours may vary depending on the device you are viewing from and your eyesight, thus meaning the actual colours may vary from listing photos and the final product.
I try to edit listing photos to show the listings as close as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. I cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately illustrates the true colour of the product.
