All jewellery is handcrafted made to order, first come first serve. My production time varies it's approx. 3-7 business days possibly slightly longer depending on the volume of orders at a given time.

Orders with 3+ items (not including add-ons) production time can be up to 1-2 weeks.

Your jewelry will arrive safely packaged in a beautifully designed custom jewelry box perfect for gift giving.

If you'd like to include a note and/or gift receipt please enter your message in the 'note to seller' box at checkout (cart page). Your note will be at the top of the gift receipt not on a separate card.

Personalized jewelry is hand stamped using special tools. Please allow slight misalignment, uneven spacing between characters, and/or unevenly stamped initials. These are true manifestations of handcrafted work. It gives you the unique detail to your piece and should not be considered a defect in craftsmanship. I am referring to slight imperfections if there are major ones please contact me to discuss.

Jewelry containing genuine gemstones (including druzy) may have natural inclusions formed in Mother Nature. These are not imperfections they're what makes each stone one of a kind with its own character. I review every gemstone myself picking out the best I can find for my customers.

I only use high-end material and metals. If properly taken care of my jewelry will last a long time.

Damages and Repairs - Within one year from the purchase date, the buyer can send back an item for repair (shipping costs at the buyer's expense). Repair of wear and tear damages is free of charge.

Repair is possible in cases such as beads / stones / metallic elements loss. (not the gemstones or diamonds)

A repair may not be possible in cases such as loss of an entire earring or serious damage to a jewellery piece.

** In some cases, the repair would be possible even after one year. Either way, please make sure to contact me *before sending* an item for repair to make sure that item is eligible for free of charge repair. I make myself available daily to answer questions on Etsy
