If you have an order that is time sensitive please choose one of the many shipping upgrades, adding a note to an order asking for your items to arrive on time will not help if you choose not to upgrade to a faster shipping service, we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries. Etsy shows you an estimated delivery time, showing both a best and worst case scenario for delivery time. Canada Post will only offer a refund on late deliveries for the shipping cost, refunds of the total package cost are offered only in the event the package arrives damaged, significantly late or is lost in transit.

Yes! There is another option. Unfortunately due to inflation and rising fuel costs Canada Post raised their rates significantly, especially within Canada. At checkout you are offered our own small business discount but even with our discount shipping prices are sky high right now! If you are not in a rush and not worried about tracking your item send me a message and I am happy to send your order through stamp mail, it may take a little longer to arrive but stamp mail orders are offered as a free service ( I will cover the cost of your stamps ).

We are always happy to try to help troubleshoot when you are encountering problems with your software however we are not familiar with most other cutting software and have little knowledge of cricut products. In the item description box under the listings you will see many download instructions, sometimes these instructions are not visible until you click on it and the box will expand so you can read all the instructions. Digital items are instant downloads and because we are able to see which items have been fully downloaded we can only offer refunds on digital items when:
-No items have been downloaded
-your purchase was made in error and you meant to purchase the actual item and not the download
