SHIPPING WITHIN THE US

Pick-up services not currently available. Allow 1 to 7 business days for transit. Most packages will be shipped with USPS as First Class Mail, unless requested otherwise during checkout. If you think you need to expedite shipping, and this option is not available during checkout for a specific product you are trying to purchase, please contact us and let us know product you are interested in, quantity needed, colors wanted, your zip code, and when you need them by, and we will give you a quote for faster shipping methods.

SHIPPING TO HAWAII, ALASKA, US TERRITORIES & PROTECTORATES

Domestic shipping rates are only valid in the continental US. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories and protectorates might require additional shipping costs. If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, or any US Territories and Protectorates, please contact us and let us know product you are interested in, quantity needed, colors wanted, your zip code, and when you need them by, prior to purchase and we will send you a shipping add-on (if needed) with the correct shipping fee. If your order is placed without first contacting us, you might receive a link for price adjustment before your order is sent to production.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US

Rates differ per location and will update on checkout once address is entered. Please note that we are only allowed to set flat shipping fees for products that offer bulk quantity options, therefore depending on your location within your country, additional shipping costs might be required. If this is the case, we will inform you before starting production. If at that point you decide to cancel your order, we will fully refund you for your purchase. If you would like a quote prior to ordering, contact us with product wanted, quantity need, and your shipping address (including postal code). Allow 2 to 8 weeks for transit depending on location and customs policies in your country.

TRACKING NUMBERS FOR SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US

Tracking numbers provided; however, delivery progress might not be available on the USPS website once package leaves the United States. If you would like to have your package shipped via UPS instead so you can track it all the way to your door, please send us a message with product wanted, quantity needed, and your shipping address (including postal code) so we can send you a quote.

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES AND ADDITIONAL TAXES

Importing customs fees, duties, and any additional taxes associated with your purchase upon arrival, are not included in product or shipping prices offered to you here. If it applies to your order, you might receive a separate bill upon your package arriving in your country. Importing fees vary by country and merchandise, therefore we cannot calculate this beforehand. Please contact the Customs Agency in your country if you would like more information.

Rush Production Upgrade for Slim Can Coolers

Standard production time without rush production upgrade: 15-20 business days (3-4 weeks)

Rush production: 1-7 business days depending on production volume and date needed by, given your digital sample has been approved. We are not to be held responsible for production delays due to delays in digital sample approval. Your items will only be sent to production once your sample has been approved.

Rush production times are based on business days. Neither production nor postal services operate during weekends and/or holidays.

Please note that upgrading to rush production does not include faster shipping. Rush upgrade is for production time only. If you also need to expedite shipping, please contact us with quantity of coolers needed, cooler colors wanted, and your zip code and we will give you a quote for faster shipping methods.

If quantity in rush upgrade is not the same as coolers ordered, your order will be delayed until this is corrected, and price difference is paid for correct quantity wanted.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This rush listing needs to be purchased along with your slim coolers or before your design is approved and sent to production. Note that once your order is sent to production, rush upgrade might not be available as your coolers will already be in line for print and we might not be able to pull it, as this might cause delays on all other orders currently in production.

Production cut-off time is 9:00 am Monday-Friday. Orders placed/approved after 9:00 am will not go into production until the next business day.
