To fulfil your order, you must provide Aelius Realm Ltd with certain information (which you authorise Etsy to pass onto Aelius Realm Ltd, via the Etsy platform). The only information required to carry out a Personalised Reading is your name (plus your date of birth if it's a numerology reading or an astrological report).
You may then also provide further optional personal information about your situation via Etsy Messenger.

None of the information provided is transferred from the Etsy platform and is only accessible by Aelius Realm Ltd at all times on the platform - this is with the exception of Astrology reports - where your name & date of birth are entered into a commercially licenced Matrix Software program, which produces astrological-based calculations from the data.

- Conducting and delivering personalised readings
- Producing Astrology Reports using Matrix Software
