MabsAndWal accepts payments by credit card, debit card, Etsy gift card or Paypal.

All instant digital downloads purchased will be available a short while after ordering. From within your Etsy account click on 'purchases and reviews' where you will be able to download the files you purchased. You will also get an email sent to your registered Etsy email address containing the files.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, or share information when you purchase an item, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

Information I Collect
When placing an order, you supply certain information (which you authorise Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

Information sharing and disclosure.
This personal information will only be used contractually to fulfill your order or provide customer support if necessary. I do not have a mailing list or send out marketing emails. I share your personal information with Etsy to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use. It does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy on Etsy.com.
I do not use other service providers or third parties to provide services to my Etsy shop so none of your personal information will be shared in this way.

Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, or resolve disputes. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 5 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I will not store or process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. I will not transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction.
