Delivery
We ship items within 3-5 days after the order was made to your ETSY ADDRESS ONLY.
It takes 5-9 working days to deliver but delays happen at the customs.
For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you want to have something special - gift wrap or a small note - just let us know via convo. As for packaging all of our products have special package.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns or exchange.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or want to return it - just contact us to resolve this issue, we are always opened to any discussions. We make refunds as soon as you ship the item back and give us the tracking number.
We are not liable to pay for shipping and handling charges, gift wrap charges, taxes, and VAT paid as these are all non-refundable. Returns are also at your expense.
We do not make refunds if you leave negative feedback before contacting us.
If you want to return the item, you can not wash or wear it, it should be returned in its initial state.

If you need to receive our product as soon as possible, we can ship your item via DHL. For such order, please choose express delivery at the checkout.

Damage & Lost Parcel
We take full responsibility for our products, shipping & delivery. And in case of DAMAGE during delivery or loss, we will gladly send you new product. Do not worry about that :)
