My order is late or lost

I do my best to ship your orders within the processing times, however once the packages are dropped in a shipping facility, I cannot guarantee the delivery dates or control delays. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Please expect some delays with your local post office due to COVID.

If you think your order is lost, please reach out via Etsy. I don’t consider an item lost until 10 business days after the latest estimated delivery date. If your order has not arrived yet after this allotted time, please let me know so we can determine next steps.

PERSONALIZATION POLICY - PLEASE READ

For personalized items, a proof will be sent to you within 24 hours of your purchase. You’re invited to review to make sure that names and messages are spelled correctly. Coloured emoticons are automatically replaced w/ a simplified grey symbol of similar graphic.

If I don't receive any response or approvals by a specified date, your approval will be ASSUMED and I will ship your order AS IS. As long as the personalization matches what you have provided, I cannot be responsible for any errors, so please double check the proof :)

How are incorrect addresses managed?

I cannot verify addresses so PLEASE double check your shipping addresses before placing the order.

If you placed the order and have realized the incorrect address is provided, please let me know ASAP and BEFORE the item has been shipped. Once you reach out, I will cancel your current order and you can then reorder with the correct address. I do my best to keep your order within the same queue depending on how fast you reorder.

If the item has already shipped, I am unable to reroute the address. The order is considered completed. The buyer will be responsible for replacing the item and is invited to place the order again.
