Please make sure you have read and understood all of the item details, shipping and shop policies BEFORE placing your order. That will save some time if you have questions (there's also an FAQ section). If you suffer from 'TLDR' (Too Long Didn't Read), feel free to reach out. ** Packaging - All of our cards are packaged in individual self sealing cellophane bags. If you would prefer I can ship them without the bags to reduce the plastic packaging being used. **

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA. There is a $3.00 shipping charge to the United States and a $9.00 shipping charge for anywhere else.

ETSY ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES AT CHECKOUT: If Etsy provides you with an estimated delivery date at check out, this is based on location only and does not take postal volumes into consideration. This is an ETSY ESTIMATION ONLY for PHYSICAL ITEMS BEING SHIPPED, and not a guarantee provided by the shipper. Please leave yourself plenty of time when ordering. Digital items will be sent within 24 hours, but usually less than 1 hour (sometimes I have to sleep or grab a coffee).

Unfortunately, I cannot provide estimated delivery dates. Canada Post will not provide estimated delivery times. I apologize in advance if your package is taking longer than anticipated, it seems 3-4 weeks is now the normal amount of time for delivery to the United States. Other factors like long weekends (which may be different between where I live and where you are) may also cause unexpected delays. Your order will get to you. It just takes longer than Amazon, but it's worth it.


FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING. If you would like to add tracking to your package, contact me before you make your purchase and I can give you an estimated delivery cost. It costs too much in Canada to ship with tracking. I’d love to offer it, but I wouldn’t be able to offer free shipping (I could but then you’d have to pay $20 for a bookmark and no one wants to do that).

INFORMATION FOR DIGITAL AND/OR INSTANT DOWNLOADS - THEY ARE NOT THE SAME THING _______________________________
Not all files are an instant download. Only some art prints are an instant download. Greeting cards are NOT available for instant download and they do not come with an envelope (only the physical or mailed cards do). If you are buying something that requires you to make a choice (Digital / Mailed or 4 prints / 8 prints, etc.) I will email your file to you and you will receive your file, in most cases, within a few minutes, but there are times when I will need the whole 7 days because sometimes life happens! I’m in Canada, so if you’re you are a night owl, early shopper or in a different time zone I will email your order to you right after my first cup of coffee (trust me, it’s better that way).

Some download ads say "Free Shipping", that's only on the files that require you to make a choice. Once you've chosen your files, they'll be emailed to you. If you are charged shipping for a digital download the money will refunded to you immediately.

INFORMATION ABOUT REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES______________________________________
I will issue refunds if there is a problem with your order that is not related to a digital (vs. INSTANT) download. Unfortunately, I won't be able to issue a refund for digital download greeting card files because you expected them to be an instant download. It clearly states in in the information above, and in the ad that cards will be emailed to you within 24 hours. We do not offer exchanges or returns, but if you have an issue with your order, please contact me.

Additionally, refunds for cards won’t be given if you chose digital instead of physical. If you choose digital, no card will be sent to you. If you have trouble downloading the card through Etsy, please don’t hesitate to send me a message with an email address I can send it to instead.
