I really like the format.
I also like the expanded suggestions on some things, like feedback.
Need to look at it some more, but it seems much more focused.

* The only services allowed for sale on Etsy are banner and avatar creation for Etsy accounts. A special section on Etsy may be created in the future just for services. Until then, you must put these listings in the Everything Else category.
I like this. It would have been sad to lose that part of etsy creativity.

agreed.
i'd like to see a less fuzzy explanation of mature content and general audience appropriateness.
i think business card design needs to be added to avatar and banner design, although all of these result in an image file, which is allowed anyway. it seems sort of redundant in that sense.
glad to see gift certs are being kept around

There's still some weird language in the TOS, though, about a "Mature Audiences" section? Someone suggested that might be an artifact from "borrowing" your TOS from another site... but it's definitely confusing.

In the last paragraph (last sentence, too) of Forums and Chat Rooms, a typo:
If a user continually breaks rules, that user'sability to post in the forums may be suspended or Etsy account(s) terminated.
Need a space between user's and ability.
In general, the document is clear (and clean) and straightforward. Nice!

Busines card design should be included as well. I purchase mine from an Etsy seller. I would be sad if they no longer were allowed to sell them on here.
