I like how you asked about having a chain... I have enough chains, so sometimes I am detered from buying a pendant simply because it comes on a chain or ribbon already. I don't want to pay the extra cost for the chain, so I think it is important to either list them separately, or give the buyer the option of buying for a lower price without the chain/ribbon.
