Hi everyone,
I am a buyer who is having a problem with a seller and have contacted Etsy support for help.
They replied back but then just stopped communicating and have not solved my problem(the seller refuses to refund me, even though I have returned the item).
What should I do next?
This is very frustrating since not only I have been essentially robbed by this seller, I also have to live with the mean feedback she left me and with the notion that Etsy does not protect its buyers at all.
Is there like an Etsy management person that I can turn to?
Thanks!

Did you pay with Paypal? You can take it up with them.
Also, this thread will be closed since you are not allowed to discuss these transactions in the forums.

If you paid via Paypal you can file a dispute through them. If you paid via credit or debit card, you probably have fraud protection through them as well.

Did you pay through paypal? You need to contact them. If you used a credit card, you need to contact your credit card company, they will work with you.

Sorry this happened to you! Most Etsy sellers are good, honest people, but of course there are always a few bad apples.

That's amazing, because you have a lengthy list of such good feedback.

I know. This is the worst transaction I ever had. Thanks for the support!

The seller has a very odd description of the item in question. I would have been leery just based on that alone.
