um...I would say tell him to go F**K hisself and that you never wanna see him again...displaying a temper like that is NEVER ok with me. I'm always afraid it'll be me next,and not just an object.Yikes!

I don't think getting back at him is as wise as getting away from him. Unless you look forward to this kind of life together?
