every wednesday night a winner will be chosen at random from all ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING AND SHOPPES ON THE LIST MON. TUES. AND WED. (you have checked in everyday from monday to wednesday - only shoppes on the list at 9AM *MORNING* can be in the raffle!)

the winning shoppe will be announced at 9pm EST on our thread! at that time anyone wishing to participate will go to that store and purchase any item and come back here and post the transaction for the record!

this is not mandatory and is really for fun and support of one another. the winning shoppe will then host the next MMG SEIZE-A-SHOPPE!

we have over 100 shoppes that have participated in our BNR since it started and over 55 active members you shoppe on and off!

The list for our SAS drawing IS NOT FINAL until the list posting by dorana.etsy.com at 8:45PM EST right before the drawing when attendance is taken and those shops that have already won in the previous six months and shops that have bought in after our cut off time are removed from qualification by being moved to the bottom of the list. At that time the numbers will be rearranged depending on the movement of shops to the bottom of the list for the reasons mentioned.

Two years ago on August 31, 2008, I put together the first list of shops that made up the More Meaningful Gifts BNR. Who would have known that two years later we would have had over 250 shops participate, have over 3000 sales, have members been featured in countless treasuries, front pages, Etsy articles – including shopredleaf.etsy.com’s Quit Your Day Job feature (www.etsy.com/storque/spotlight/quit-your-day-job-shopredleaf-7909/) and our HandmadeRegistry.com feature (www.etsy.com/storque/spotlight/handmade-weddings-off-road-wedding-g...) and my ALL ETSY HANDMADE WEDDING feature(www.etsy.com/storque/handmade-life/handmade-weddings-a-simple-fairy...) in Etsy Storque’s blog!

The most important part of our thread has been the incredible friendships and relationships that we’ve been blessed to share in. I can’t imagine my life without you all in it!

My best friend is one of 7 kids and she is forever telling me stories about how she had to sneak into the attic to get away from the rest of them....
