Opened my package and found religious literature - what do you think?

Ok, I'm not here to talk about God. I am here to ask why people think it's ok to send religious literature in their package of goodies that I ordered. My religion is my business and I'm happy with it. I didn't think this would bother me, but it kind of does. Now, I also don't like when people come knocking on my door trying to convert me to their religion either. If this bothers me, I bet people that DON'T believe really hate it!
Do you think it's ok to include this kind of stuff?

Completely inappropriate. I wonder if for those who are defending the pamphlets being sent, would you feel the same if you were sent pamphlets about Satanism or Voodoun or another religion that you don't subscribe to?
It doesn't matter what religion it is, it shouldn't be sent with an order.

I think that you should have IMMEDIATELY said that it wasn't an Etsy purchase. I don't understand why you posted this at all. Toss it if you don't want it. Everybody tosses tons of stuff that they get in the mail.

wouldn't offend me to receive that literature xenya as I am confident in my own beliefs. Just would toss it, no biggie. I toss/recycle lots of junk and lose no sweat/sleep over it.

I would not be happy about it either. I would convo the person and let them know that I was not impressed with this in my package. Religion, and politics have no business in business. I didn't ask therefore please don't tell me! What someone believes is personal and should be respected especially here on etsy.
