GGRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!

EVery time I look at the screen I want to punch it myself, and I don't have an anger problem.

I may go outside and smash a plate.

"I've gotten upset and thrown a plate before. That doesn't make me a dangerous, abusive monster. lol"

it might. by your own words we don't know the whole situation and shouldn't just take your word for it.

The fact that he's already in anger management implies that there have been problems before that are serious enough to be a cause for concern.

He is 23. Going on 12.

He has changed so much since the program started. I just cannot BELIEVE this has happened.

Smashing things out of anger and stealing in an attempt to make up for it = not good.

keepsake - try anger cleaning! works for me. I have never gotten the floor so clean as when I'd like to take a person's head to it.

I think there is a difference between smashing a plate and smashing your girlfriends laptop. seriously, if I'm about to smash something I should at least have control enough not to smash something really expensive that probably has some sentimental value too (what if the computer was completely broken, all your pictures gone etc.) and not to smash something that doesnt even belong to me. clearly his anger is NOT in control.

You might say this thread is not about his anger issues, but it clearly is and you MUST get out of there, he's not going to get better.
