This has been mentioned soooo many times, but I would like to bring it up again so the newer people could see this. Please offer international shipping. It doesnt cost that much to ship via First Class International, and I dont mind waiting 1.5 to 2 weeks for my item.
I know many people say: Ask me about international shipping. You lose out on sales from me because I can sometimes be an impulse buyer. If I have to write and wait, chances are I wont buy. :(
Please please! It doesnt cost that much. It is cheaper to send international with the new USPS rules now.

I am happy to ship anywhere. so far I've shipped to the UK, Australia, the Eastern US and Canada, and the West. I'm in a rural part of BC in Canada and have had no trouble with shipping to these places.

at least give the option to them. like if it costs $5 to ship something small then just add it and let them decide if they want to pay it or not

I agree with you creativedesignz... def. leave it up to the buyer... and yes shipping heavy things overseas is expensive... but I always put the price up there and have a lot of international buyers :) also it doesn't hurt to put up the price

starrydesigns: poor sad panda! lol!
seriously though, why would anyone not ship internationally? take your average/heaviest thing to the post office, have them weight it and charge accordingly - even estimate a little on the high side if need be. just make sure you charge enough to cover your cost and the buyer can decide if the terms are acceptable. why turn away potential customers?

As I've said before, things in the US generally seem very cheap to people in other western countries - especially in Europe. What might look like outrageously expensive shipping costs to you might well seem perfectly reasonable to someone in another country with a stronger currency, higher wages, etc.. Let them make the decision instead of making it for them.
