They closed my shop!

I am a seller here and Etsy closed my shop because of non delivery. A buyer purchased from me in SEPTEMBER and didn't contact me until NOVEMBER to tell me they haven't received. I sent out a replacement item the SAME day and a month later Etsy contacts me about the non delivery.
The buyer was in the middle of a move and didn't tell me the new address. I told Etsy that the buyer doesn't even message me until MONTHS later and they told me that if I don't hear from her, they will close the case.
I go to login today and my account has been deactivated. I have contacted abuse AND support email and no reply. It is now going to be a weekend and I will be losing out on sales all weekend as well as getting orders out for all my other customers.
I am posting this to hopefully get a faster reply from admin so that I can get this issue resolved.

That's odd. You're certainly not the first person who's had an item go missing by the PO... why would they close your shop over just that once instance?
